Flourishing through Harmony
Unified Harmony Framework
The Unified Harmony Framework encompasses coexistence, coherence, and continuity (CoCoCon) at intrapersonal (Me Harmony), interpersonal (We Harmony), and environmental (Eco Harmony) levels. Harmony is defined as respectful coexistence, resonant coherence, and adaptive continuity, emerging from the dynamic integration of various elements within an individual, in relationships with others, and in connection with the environment. This Unified Harmony Framework aims to establish a conceptual foundation for understanding harmony as a dynamic, multifaceted aspect of human flourishing and inspire more empirical research across disciplines and contexts.
Guided by the Framework, the Unified Harmony Measure has been developed and validated, showing strong psychometric properties across the Me, We, and Eco Harmony levels across various cultural samples.
A short form is also available, which demonstrates sound reliability and validity evidence. Join Our Harmony Research Collaboration
